Victor Muyekwe is an award winning actor, playwright and director. He is the founder of Chisaina Arts, a theatre company that has been in existence for more than 3 years. A holder of Bachelor's degree in the field of Theatre Arts and Film technology, Kenyatta University. His plays such as Entanglement, the Cougar Shadows of the cloth among others have been featured in the newspapers and review articles by Business Daily Africa, Daily Nation, the Star among others. He has also secured a nomination for the best breakthrough actor Kenya Theatre Awards 2022, Best Playwright Kenya threatre Awards 2025 and has won the best Monologue actor People's choice awards for Mau Mau monologue competiotion 2023. He has also won an award for best playwright for Kitfest writing competition 2024 among other awards. Making a positive impact to the community and the people around him is what gives him joy.
